As clients of Autoresolve, We will hold some information about you (your name, email address where given, postal address, where given and telephone number).

IMPORTANT NOTE: When we talk about “information”,we are only referring to your person details as set out above, details which you have provided to us. We never have access to your financial information when you make payments using PayPal, Cash or Card Payments. All sensitive financial information is held securely by the processing companies, and they never share this with us or anyone else.

Whenever you book in for a job, you give us sufficient information about you to enable us to book and carry out your job.
Who has access to your information?
All staff at Autoresolve, if you wish to not be a customer and want your details removed from our system then please let us know and we will delete them.
How we use your information
We use your information purely for the purpose of keeping you up to date on our news and offers, we may get in touch if we need to amend your appointment this is normally by telephone/e-mail/facebook messenger, we do not pass details on to anyone else.
As a business page we cannot and will not contact you unless you have contacted us first. All messages sent to us from customers on Facebook remain on Facebook and are never printed.
You can ask Autoresolve at any time what information we hold about you, and we will give you full details free of charge. You also have the right to ask that your details be deleted, amended or transferred. If you ever change your mind about what information, if any, you want me to hold on your behalf, just contact us.
